they have awesome customer service and beutiful bags with excellent craftsmanship... my bag came with a little imperfection so I contacted them and they inmediately responded and kindly offered to replace it with any other bag of the same price range, I then asked for the chanel 19, in black leather and it is just BEAUTIFUL and perfect,smells delicious and looks absolutely authentic, so that encouraged me to order more and I can't wait to have them!!!

I would like to first say I was very hesitate order from any site with designers bags. I have always purchased from the store spending $$$$ once a year as a treat to myself. However I ordered a wallet that I have already to compare the difference and quality. Hands down they were the same to the stitching. Horrible service. I ordered 2 bags that are horrible craftsmanship. The cost to exchange is 80.00 and the cost to return is another 60.00.
Do not buy bags from this site. They are not reputable and don't back their bags.
The stitching on the inside my bag would pull and tear when I held it by the handles. The handles were stitched to the inside liner- nothing was secured to the bag itself. Horrible and then wants me to pay another 100 to get my money back.
