Dear Martha, We are happy you were satisfied overall with the product quality & service we provided and we thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Regarding the physician name on your prescription label, this can differ from the doctor who originally wrote your prescription. Medications dispensed through our international fulfillment centers are reviewed and formally signed off by a licensed physician at the dispensing location, and that physician’s name appears on the label as the final authorizing provider. If you haven’t already done so and would like to discuss this further, you’re welcome to call us directly and we’ll be happy to review the details with you. The NorthWestPharmacy.com Team
