Dear Paul, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re really glad to hear that you find our website easy to use, and we completely understand how frustrating the added U.S.‑imposed tariffs can feel. These tariffs are a government requirement, and we’re obligated to collect and remit them so that U.S. Customs can clear packages for delivery. Even so, we work hard behind the scenes to keep overall costs as low as possible for our customers. We also want you to know that we offer a Lowest Price Guarantee. If you find a lower total price—including shipping—from any CIPA‑certified international or Canadian pharmacy website, NorthWestPharmacy.com will beat it. Conditions and limitations apply, and full details are available in our legal Terms of Sale and Conditions. If you’d like to place a price‑matching order, our Patient Care Specialists would be happy to help. Just give us a call and let them know you’d like to apply a price‑matching price.

Dear Martin, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the medication worked well for you, and we appreciate the chance to clarify your recent orders. When your order was placed, the generic was unavailable from our supplier. To avoid delaying your treatment, we sent the brand name medication at no extra cost, even though it normally costs more. We understand how this could be confusing when comparing it to previous orders. Regarding the pricing differences: the price shown on our website can sometimes differ from what our agents see in their system during times we are undergoing system upgrades which happens very infrequently. In those cases, our team will always adjust the order to match the online price once it’s brought to their attention. We appreciate you highlighting this so we can continue improving how these situations are communicated. We value your business and want every experience to be clear and consistent. If you ever notice a difference between the website price and what you’re quoted, our team is always happy to match the online price. The NorthWestPharmacy.com Team
Dear David, Your input is greatly valued. We appreciate your business and are grateful to be a part of your healthcare plan. The NorthWestPharmacy.com Team
Dear Bruce, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are glad we were able to serve you and look forward to doing so in the future. We sincerely appreciate your business and value you very much. The NorthWestPharmacy.com Team
