I get the codes I purchase for Itunes Japan instantly, however, I have had some trouble with offgamers in the past regarding identity confirmation. Despite proving who I was with my legal ID and a proper explanation, they still suspended one of my accounts from buying anything which made me temporarily look for other websites to buy from instead.
