Placed an order with them, but there was a mistake with one of the items. I sent several emails to their customer service team, asking if it could be changed or cancelled before the order was shipped. After four days of trying, I simply asked them to cancel the whole order. I did not receive a reply until the morning of the fifth day, and the reply was simply that the order had been cancelled, and that they wanted a 5* review in exchange for a coupon on a future order. I’m still waiting for a reply as to why the refund I received was more than £8 less than the amount I was charged.

Man they’re absolutely phenomenal. I accidentally ordered a size 5 and I actually need 12! Big ole difference right?lol I would’ve cried I swear. But they’re so good they caught it and wanted to confirm thats what I needed. 10/10 highly recommended

The shoes were beautiful! And barely but luckily it arrived in time. I should have ordered with more time. It still arrived just when I needed it. I give it 4 stars because they were not that comfortable to stand for 2 hours. Still, it was Georgous.

I have been ordering from Onlymaker off and on for going on 9 years now and everytime I make an order/purchase i am NOT disappointed. Even when I order the wrong size all i have to do is email them and they will fix it no problem. The quality is great and they have a WIDE selection. I will continue to order from them.
