I have sent the heels back to the address on the return address label. Only Maker has REFUSED to accept the package from Fed EX. This dispute has been going on for over 6 months.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ONLY MAKER. They are a rip off. They have no customer service, they refuse to contact their customers and want to deny you a chance to return the product. They are a scam. You've been warned.
Cute shoes, size chart was way off. I wear a size 12, ordered a 14, its a size 12. First time I ordered, contacted customer service, one email, one reply, no word. So, disappointment lingers. Due to it took over a month to receive, trying to get a refund.
