So to be honest this is my first issue with onlymaker but worth letting everyone know about it. I recently placed a order for 2 pairs of shoes. I ordered the wrong size. By the time I contacted them to stop the order I received 1 pair of the shoes the same day (1 week after ordering.) I was told by customer service that they would send me the correct size. I was happy at this point. They then followed by asking me to write a positive review for a discount code so of course I did make a positivereview, (most of these reviews on here and on their website that you read are because they ask and promise a discount code.) They sent me a 5% off coupon for sending them proof of the review, huge disappointment and a waste of time. 3 weeks late no shoes so I asked for a refund. Shoes cost $50 not including taxes or shipping fees, they only sent $36 back. Can you say rip off!? They have good shoes for large feet woman and men but make sure to order the right size everytime or you will be put on the back burner, and you definitely won't get what you paid back if you ask for a refund. BE CAREFUL!!!
Rubbish shoe company, they got my address wrong and the shipping company sent the shoes back to them $148 I paid I can’t seem to get them to send the shoes back. Complete rubbish
Everything was pretty nice and legit so far. I needed a refund on one show I bought and they initiated that fairly quickly so good turn around communication time
Terrible customer service, confusing website. I wouldn't wish this predatory company on my worst enemy. A costly $60 mistake that I'll never get back. Shame on y'all.
Placed one order for 3 pairs of boots. The supplier dispatched each set of boots separately from the US to an Australian courier company Aramex, who were tasked with delivery of the items. Despite confirming my address details, I never received any of my shoes. I disputed the claim that the items were delivered correctly, with the supplier, with the company that claimed to deliver my items and with PayPal which claim to offer buyer protection. I was not offered r replacement shoes, nor a refund. I will NEVER order items from Onlymaker again, nor recommend them. Extremely disappointed.
The shoes came in good condition. They were cute. However, these shoes are not true to size. I wear an American size 13. Ordered two sizes up which is size 15 and they fit perfectly on my sister size 11 feet. I couldn’t get my feet in the sandals at all. Cut Very very small. I wouldn’t order again.
Beautiful shoes but size chart does not match. I ordered a 39 24.9 but received shoes marked 39 that measured 27.6 which according to there size chart is a 12
I made an order for two pairs worth over 120 euros in February, and there was an error on the address. It was shipped to the states and I live in Barcelona in Europe. I emailed the customer service explaining the issue and they said they had to wait until they'd been resent back before I could get a refund. Which I understood. We are now in June and they are now systematically ignoring any correspondence. Apart from some rude email exchanges and deplorable customer service they have essentially robbed me of my money. If you use them, just hope there are no issues or reasons for you to contact their abysmal customer service
Didn't Give Me a Full Refund and Made Me Pay for the Shipping Label to Send The Shoes Back to the Warehouse
I ended up losing about $25 in total because of this exchange. I ordered a pair of red shoes for graduation and was so excited to wear them until I realized that they were too big. I made a request with their customer service to exchange the pair for a smaller size and they. told me to send back the pair I had, but they did not provide a shipping label so I had to pay for the send back from my own pocket which was around $18 for the label and a box. I proceeded to email with them back and forth asking when this new pair was coming in. A month later, my graduation is close to coming up, I email them again asking when this new size of shoes is coming and they told me that they hadn't even started the production on the shoes. I sent another email pointing out that I had submitted the request for a new pair A MONTH ago and all they did was refund me the cost of the shoes ($55.99) to be done with me, and the refund was not the total of what I originally paid ($62.95) because that cost included shipping and taxes. Overall, I ended up losing $25 to this company over a pair of shoes that I will never receive.
Bad experience, the tracking system is not working and they are so slow, I ordered two pairs of shoes about more than 2 weeks ago, one pair has not been sent yet the other pair is still in China according to the tracking still at the custom since 10 days, their tracking has no update at all, it is chaotic, a big mess, too bad cause they really sell nice shoes, when you can get it.

I've order a pair of High heels boots at "onlymaker". I've recieved my order quickly. Unfortunately, after just one walk at home to try my shoes, a quality failure occured on the metal rings used for lacing the shoes. I've contacted the customer service and it took me 2 months to be refund. In addition to this, I had to pay for the return of my defective shoes in Germany ! 20 euros!!!! this is not acceptable. And you know what? I've been granted of a 5 euro rebate is I buy a new pair of shoes in 2022 ! So Game over for me. I will never order at Onlymaker. this manufacturer doesn't apply the legal rules for defective items. If you buy at "only maker" this is at your own risk and with no full warranty.
Haven not at any emails on where they are I have been waiting for 9 months now I have asked for refund manly times but have got ignored. Poor service. Unexpecable. I’m still waiting to hear back from them on where mt shoes are!! 0-5 stars not happy will never shop here again!!
Pretty poor service to be honest. It's been over a month since my shoes were reported missing and after reaching out there is no concern or resolution reached. I guess it was more of a donation than a shoe purchase.
It took forever to get the shoes I purchased delivered and they weren't delivered to the correct place. I've emailed several times to get this rectified and a refund issued but they've since stopped responding.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy from this company. They are crooks. I ordered a pair of shoes for my business. They sat weeks and weeks I shipped. Finally arrived over a month later and I had no need for them. When I asked to return they gave me a run around and are making me pay shipping (half the cost of shoes!!!) instead of taking ownership and allowing me to return.
