I purchased a pair of shoes from the website which were delivered as promised. However they were too small and had to be returned. This is where things start going bad. I was given an address to send the shoes to, I sent them back via a tracked delivery service. I was advised I needed to wait a week before a refund would be issued. After a week they told me a refund had been issued but that it would take some time to reach my account. Another week went by and they stopped replying to emails. I had no alternative but to escalate via PayPal. Eventually PayPal offered me a refund - but only if I return the shoes.... which I've already done! My advice? Look elsewhere.
Beware! Return/Exchange on your own expense to China $$$$
I'm only giving it 2 stars because when I needed to change the sizing due to wrong sizing, their only option was for me to return the shoes to China on my own expense which costs more than the shoes itself. All after I've taken several pictures of the shoes to prove that they're still new just as I got them. So now I'm just stuck with the wrong size heels I can't wear or resell because they're too small.
P.S. My actual order confirmation date was on 03/08/2021 but I just started using Trustpilot and I want my voice of experience to contribute to the collective feedback on this platform with the brands and companies I've interacted with, even if the date of the experience falls past within the last 12 months.
I received great customer service. My package was lost and I got great communication from the company before finding it. I received the boots and they were great quality and I was very pleased with my purchase. I would definitely purchase something again.
I ordered a pair of ankle boots from them. I had noticed scuff marks on the soles when I opened the packaged. The shoes didn't fit because the ankle size was too big. I must've worn the shoes for a total of 5 seconds on carpet. I sent photos and requested a refund. They denied my refund because of the scuff on the soles.
They send customers used shoes but then expect me to magically make them new if I'd like a return?!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 9/1 for a concert I was attending on the 9/23. The website said the shoes were in stock. Apparently "in stock" means they still have to be hand-made. It does not disclose in the description of the items that shoes can take anywhere from 20-30 days TO MAKE. It does of course say it when you click the "Shipping Info" link at the very bottom of the web page. I emailed the company, and have not received a reply, however 10 days ago (after the even I needed the shoes for is over) I received a shipping email. So the shoes are on their way. 35 days and counting. Koi Footwear is a much better brand and the shipping is timely.
I ordered a pair of shoes on September 20th and the order is still listed as "unfulfilled", although payment was taken out of my account on the same day I ordered the shoes. As of today & after two emails to the company, I still have not received word of whether or not the order has shipped or any correspondence at all.
Purchased shoes, one size larger than previous order as listing instructed. When they finally arrived after weeks of waiting. They turn out to be alot smaller fit and are useless. I have contacted onlymaker with photos against other shoes ive purchased through them, only to be told i need to pay return shipping and basically threatened that they could charge over 80% of purchase price for restocking fee. Poor service, average quality chinese made shoes. Do not recommend
This is a tragic company! Why don't they say when you order that it take 3 months to get the order. People need to know that they have to create the shoe from scratch and then the order is shipped. Then I was asked to pay for expedite shipping a month after purchase and I still don't have TRACKING NUMBER. Never again!
I wish I had known these shoes were coming from China….have been waiting for well over a month I was really hoping this would be a great place for me to get stylish larger shoes but I think I will pass if I have to wait months to get my items…I hope I can still wear the sandals I ordered before the weather changes
What an awful experience. It took forever for the shoes to arrive and they didn't fit. When I reached out to customer service to return the shoes, they responded: "It can't be re-sold for a second time, so we can't return or exchange it for you."

I ordered a pair of boots from them, the website said it was in stock. This was 7-5-23. I guess “In Stock” means we have to make it and maybe ship it when we feel like working. I have sent several emails asking why my order hasn’t been filled. The answer is always the same “it takes 7-15 business day to process” well it’s been 17 business days and I still don’t have my order. The latest excuse is there is some sporting event happening locally that is causing the problem. If I was anyone just save your money and buy elsewhere as this company doesn’t care.
I will never order from them again the broke my feet out and made them itch. I had to purchase Benadryl for my feet. I asked for a return label but never got it. I had to pay for shipping. My taxes on the shoes was never refunded . I hope yiu will read the reviews before purchasing shoes from this company I am so disappointed I will never buy shoes from them again. I am reporting you to the better business bureau as well.
If I give no stars I would. The worst customer service I have every experienced. I spent almost 500.00 with them just for them to flag my account as fraudulent. I received an email from them and provided the information they needed. I didn’t get a response from them until days later so I’m the midst of that time I was forced to file a dispute with my bank. Dispute was closed in a matter of days with the end result of no money or shoes. I have all the corespondents and feel the need to share my bad experience further with PROOF! I am truly heartbroken and disappointed in how the whole matter was handled. Honestly I rather have the shoes but with gladly get my money back if they don’t want to process my order. I have emailed them non stop and also on Facebook and nothing. You all need to do better.
I ordered shoes and it took them forever to come. My event was over when they arrived. They cause my feet to itch and caused a rash immediately upon trying them on . I took pics and sent information for a return and have not heard from them. I have reached out to them several times and have not heard from them
I bought 2 pairs and the shipping was a little confusing and iffy, but they arrived. They are worth the wait!! I posted on my personal social media reviews, "when once around the fabulous tree isn't enough...you go twice!" I am putting the one pair on a display shelf in my kitchen as art - that's just how I feel about them. I plan on wearing the other pair with some nice plaid slacks. Everyone is just floored by them and wants to know where I ordered from!
My only feedback is that the sizing for US is off by a full to half size. I ordered 11's, but they fit like 10-10.5.
