The boots don't fit at all, despite me, in good faith, followed OnlyMaker's size chart. They are way too big!! The size chart is way off. My feet slide forward, and my heels slip out when I walk. The customer service is just as disappointing. I asked for an exchange or a prepaid return label, and all I received were repetitive, careless replies, often consisting of just one short sentence about tariff issues. No real help, no effort to find a solution, and no proper response to my concerns. I find this unacceptable. They seem happy to take your money but show little interest in helping when something goes wrong. I would not recommend OnlyMaker. If you buy these boots, you’re basically gambling on your size. You might get lucky and guess correctly, but if you don’t, you’re screwed. The size chart cannot be trusted, and customer service offers little help when the boots don’t fit. Buy at your own risk!

Also, they have this thing where they will have people wear your new shoes, and if they don't like them, they have them ship the now-used shoes to you for full price.
