No information about shipment and or delivery, no excuses or reasons for the delay, no shoes at all!!! No customer service neither! I'm e-mail a lot of times and only receive for answer to wait patiently... Really? The phone is only a number to show on the page, because NEVER is answered!!! FRAUD. The item I ordered was supposed to be suede but it was not. Also what i received did not match the picture. I was told I could pay to return item which is outrageous since they lied about what product was why should i pay additional for their FRAUD. I will NEVER AGAIN buy from this place
