TERRIBLE CS and POOR FIT
THeir shoe measurement system is EXTREMELY FAULTY. Determining your shoe size based on your foot length does not lead to a good fit as your foot fits inside different shoes differently -- very few fit from the toe to the heel completely. They have zero return policy. I had a pair of shoes that was too small, i only tried on one for less than one minute, the other remained in the package. However, they claimed the shoes could not be resold so would not allow a return, and offered me 20% off a future purchase only. A total waste of USD$70.
