Slow but effective
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and they were so kind to get that fixed for me. Though it did take them a few days to respond it was able to be fixed.

I would not recommend anyone to buy shoes from there. Their shoes are very pretty but the customer service sucks, they don’t email you back you have to keep blowing them up for someone to acknowledge you. They refused to issue me a refund and want me to pay for the shipping cost all the way to New York when it’s their fault that they sent me a damaged shoes that was dirty, they wanted me to clean the shoes even though that’s how it was sent to me and then they are saying they won’t pay for the shipping fee. I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE

Would have given 5 stars if I could wear the shoes :(. Don't get me wrong, it was a user not manufacturer error. Heels were too high for me to walk comfortably in but the width, sturdiness and overall look of the shoe was great. The return process does require some extra work but the response time/customer service is stellar! Will try again in the future and make sure to read the descriptions. Thanks 😊

The shipping takes a little bit of time, but the customer service is great. I had a product that was shipped damage and they immediately addressed the issue and sent me a brand new pair.
Optical good, material okay, customer service bad
The shoes are optically very satisfying. The Quality is okay. Mostly for sitting. When walking, the shoes get easily broken. A bad thing I have to share is a case what happened the last time I ordered shoes. Since onlymaker presents advertisments for drag queens or cross dresser it is not useful to have women's shoe sizes. Because of that reason I had to send some shoes back already and not even the costs for sending where refunded or payed by onlymaker. I think that's not very costumer friendly.

I made a mistake with my order and first I'm glad they answered because most of the time, the internet stores never answer emails and second and most important they helped me to fix my mistake but the reply took a little time but I'm satisfied.

They started off with great customer service when purchasing the shoes. However, since trying to return the shoes because they're to big has been terrible..I've sent 7 emails since last Friday and nothing. I ordered 2 pairs in one order. Bad idea. Only 1 arrived and it said the whole order was finalised. When I sent an email questioning where the other pair are the automatic email response I got back was they are out of the office for the whole month of February celebrating Chinese New Year.

Would give zero stars if I could. Made a large purchase. Shoes do not fit true to size (very narrow and not at all good for wide feet even if you size up) came cheaply made (the heels literally feel like they’ll break if I stand on them too long) and they were not responsive and did not accept my return. Basically a scam do not trust

First off it took a month for me to receive my shoes thank god the came two days before the wedding rehearsal. The shoe were beautiful but by the end of the night the inside sole had lifted out of the shoes so embarrassing. Probably won’t order from them again and not communicate but thru email and they don’t respond.

Their service is so bad. They confirmed help me to change 2 pairs of heels to size 8US, one black, and one red. But then after that, they only shipped one pair of red heels which is size 7US, that not even my size. And they told me that is their mistake, they just only changed size one pair of black heels to size 8US. So they force me to receive it, they told that I would fit it??? They force me that I have to receive it then return it back for them, otherwise I won't have exactly like what I ordered. And now I just received another email, they shipped the black pairs of heels, but it's still size 7US. They told me that they only changed size of the black heels to 8US but now they still ship it with size 7US and force me to receive it. They talked with me like that was my fault. Don't order from them. These heels are not available, you will have to wait for months. Stupid. I have to work from Monday- Saturday, from 8am to 9pm and they told me to return for them. I haven't received these packages yet and I told them with my schedule I can't receive and then return for them like that but they still force me to receive it and return for them.

Sent me the totally wrong shoes. Customer service started off OK, I sent them the photos and they even admitted they sent the wrong shoes to me. They requested a photo of the shipping label, which I didn't have, and have since stopped replying to me, after I replied saying I couldn't supply a copy of the shipping label. As a result, I've had to file a dispute through PayPal to get my money back.

Not telling where shoes are coming from and what they have in stock
They don't tell what they have in stock and that most of shoes coming from China. You have to wait more then 4 weeks. In China they have complete different shoe size so it doesn't fit. I sent back shoes to some adress in Germany, but they didn't accept package and i became shoes back. You pay very much money and you have nothing. Bad company, better pay a little bit more and look further.

Beautiful shoes and they can be iffy regarding the sizes. I have bought approximately 12. Now between Amazon and Onlymaker’s site...don’t try jerking me around. Do not back down from them, I turned them lever to the NC Attorney General and sone jerk , did not make sense but he was saying I was bad. He is right because u better believe this chick will set you right in your place. I called him all kinds of names, I don’t deny it unlike him I know how to tell the truth. Again, don’t back down, dispute that charge and save everything you can...I did and the sorry jerk lost. He did not have a ground to stand on and too the police department said if he didn’t stop with the what I call harassing emails to save/print and they would take it from there. YES YES I PAID FOR ALL MY SHOES, even after the first round I still bought his shoes but always with a credit card. Excuse me, someone is a sorry human being, I have yet to get the name but it’s time and he knows now to back off!!!
