Beware!!! DONT order here!!!
Beware: Unsatisfactory Product and Non-Responsive Customer Service at Orosesilk I recently purchased a product from Orosesilk, enticed by their advertised 90-day money-back guarantee. However, my experience with their product and customer service has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned. Despite multiple attempts spanning over three weeks, I have been unable to contact their service department to arrange a return as per their guarantee. Despite numerous emails and contact attempts, I have not received a single reply. This lack of responsiveness gives the impression that they are deliberately avoiding customer inquiries, perhaps in hopes that the 90-day window will elapse, thereby absolving them of their obligation to exchange or refund the product. This level of disregard for customer communication is unacceptable and raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of Orosesilk as a reputable retailer. As a consumer, I feel misled and ignored, and I fear that others may fall victim to this apparent disregard for customer satisfaction. In light of my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering purchasing from Orosesilk. The failure to uphold their own advertised policies, coupled with the complete lack of responsiveness from their customer service department, suggests a concerning pattern that should not be overlooked. In conclusion, my interactions with Orosesilk have left me feeling exploited and frustrated. I urge others to heed this warning and think twice before engaging with this company.
Company advertises a "90 day…
Company advertises a "90 day unconditional return policy" but won't accept returns. Sheets are low quality that will show discoloration after only a few washes
Misleading Trustpilot Logo on Site
It appears I am the first reviewer of the orosesilk.com on this site. But on their site I have clearly seen the Trustpilot logo with 5 stars on it. That was misleading. How could they earn 5 stars on Trustpilot while not having a single review?
