When my dress arrived I could not believe the quality or the fit, it's perfect!!!!!!!!!! I would definitely use this web site again and recommend it to others.
The dress came unfinished with a large piece of lace hanging off the top. I contacted the store for a return and refund and they refused. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card.
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the dress is absolutely beautiful. It’s a bit long (I’m 5’4”), but that’s an easy fix. Very happy with my purchase!

I ordered a dress from Ovlias, which looked stunning on their website. After waiting for over a month, what arrived was an absolute disaster! The dress looked nothing like the pictures – cheap, see-through fabric, poorly made, and the embellishments weren’t even real stones but cheap plastic sequins.
I immediately contacted customer service and requested a refund. Instead, they tried to bribe me with ridiculous offers: first $100, then $120 as “compensation” if I just kept the dress. A full refund was refused! They demand that I return the dress at my own expense to China, which costs over $70 – how is that fair?
Customer service is disrespectful, unhelpful, and only responds with generic messages. They are clearly hoping customers will give up. Don’t fall for this scam! If you order here, you risk losing your money.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Ovlias! Total scam!
Stunning wedding dress! The lace detail and the flowy skirt were exactly what I imagined. It arrived on time, perfectly packaged. Everyone at the wedding kept complimenting how beautiful it looked. I couldn’t be happier!

So I did and they didn’t care , they then said that they would not refund me because their dresses are true to size and well that I’m lying about my size . I have emails for proof . They wouldn’t exchange either or refund ! Very disappointing and the dress didn’t even look like the picture !!! BEWARE
