You ordered "Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Special Shampoo". We always ship out the latest, most current packaging. It's stated in our store policies that you should call prior to placing your order if looking for a specfic packaging. We get both bottles in hence the previous packaging being pictured on our website. We saw that you were emailed a pre-paid USPS label to the send the items back to us for a full refund.

We're sorry your product leaked during transit. There are some items that are notorious for leaking. No matter what we do it happens from time to time. The "Matrix Total Results High Amplify Wonder Boost Root Lifter" is one of those items. This is due to the unique spray nozzle. Feel free to email us after placing your next order.
