Great but know what you want
The process of returning the product only to buy another more expensive model was hard and costly,I would of expected more help and the company to be happier I was purchasing and spending more. I stuck with what I had and the drone itself is fantastic,I am happy with it but wished I had the model up,I am looking forward to stepping up further down the line it is a great hobby to have from the get go and I would not hesitate to buy again,just be sure of what you want from the start.
Remote Does Work
I ordered a drone for my husband for Father's Day and was so excited to give it to him since he's been wanting one for a while now. He used it one time and now the remote will not turn on. We've tried charing it overnight thinking that it must be dead but nope, it no longer works. What a disappointment.

All in all it's a good bundle for this price, I recommend to buy. :) I will not give five stars because of the followings: - plastic looks fragile and thin - camera sensor very small There are few things which are extraordinary compared to DJI mini 2 & 3: - charging hub has wall charger and will fully charge 3 batteries within 1,5 hours - way points and follow me options

I own two of there potensic mirage pro D50 Which is now the app is no longer supported I’ve emailed and just been blanked So now own two drones that can’t do anything as the app it’s used with don’t work

Doesn’t work… bad firmware?
First complaint is requiring a windows pc. Second is that only the included cable works, other USB A-C cables are not compatible. Main issue is after getting to site to activate and a firmware update, the unit does not work. GPS does not locate. Red malfunction light. Email to support not answered to date. Sorry I bought it.

Ordered direct from the Potensic website. Shipped in plastic wrapping with no protection. You can only imagine the state of the box. Supposed to be a Santa present. No UK adapter fitting provided. [Refund of €15 was issued for this inconvenience however I'd have simply preferred the UK adapter fitting] Dji next time!

No spare parts (including batteries)
I have a potensic dreamer 4k PRO, battery KO and THEY DON'T PRODUCE SPARE BATTERIES ANYMORE. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

This drone was not good. It kept malfunctioning and was very sensitive.
Avoid this company!!
I bought the potensic d80 10 days ago. I only used it twice on the second flight I set it up as normal it had 16 satilites launched it and as soon as it got into the air it disconnected from the controller and flew itself off never to be seen again. The amazon seller just told me to go and look for it as the wouldn't be replacing it or refunding my money. Amazon just said there is nothing they can do and everytime I message potensic they just say don't worry about they will sort it. But don't say how or when. Do your research and look at the 1 star reviews on amazon as this is a common problem with their drones and they refuse to put things right. I've paid £200 for a case a controller and some spare propellers!!
