Potensic Is such a excellent drone I have the Potenaic Atom SE With the Fly more combo That comes with three batteries, a fast charger. And 16x spare propellers It's such a excellent drone Definitely buy from them again. The fact that you get three batteries with a fly more combo 31 minutes Of flight time in the sky for each battery. If you pop them in after one battery is Dead. You would get a total of 92 minutes of flight time. That's a long time with this drone. This drone is fantastic. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a starter or a professional drone.

Love my Atom 2, easy to fly & records high-quality 4k videos. Customer service is fantastic. I needed some help and in less than 2 minutes I was talking to a real person who was happy to help.
What went wrong is I never received my order and after a lot of phone calls and absolutely zero help with my order I lost faith that I’d receive my order

I just had to get on here and write another review . I got the Atom and it's great. I got it stuck in a tree the other day. Finally got it down, from about a 30 foot drop, drone was untouched. you guys sure make strong little drones. It bounced a few times but no damaged what so ever. I'm impressed with the quality of your products. If you ever need anymore testers or reviewers let me know, I will be glad to fly one and tell what I think . These little things are just great. And the picture quality, outstanding.
Purchased a dreamer Pro with a 4K 3-axis gimbal camera the drone never operated properly it keeps disconnecting from the remote and the battery will not work it says an error code the humidity and temperature are out of range contact customer support they were absolutely no help said it was the cable and they don't know what to tell me because the warehouse in the United States does not carry that product I would not buy from this company ever again I highly recommend you do not do business with potensic

I bought the ATOM two drone. And in my opinion, this is one of the best bang for your buck drones you can get on the market right now. I used to use a mini by DJI, and buying this was a very good purchase. If you are looking for a really good drone that doesn't hurt the bank account too much, I would 100% go this one.

I didn’t receive my order, guys. After waiting for more than two months, I got a refund. I’m giving it 1 star just because they refunded my money quickly. It’s a shame I can’t give it a 0. Their customer service is also a total mess—it’s impossible to have a conversation with the same person; messages constantly get forwarded to someone else who doesn’t understand the context of the previous ones. By the way, the last straw was that they sent me a notification saying the package had been shipped, but when I asked for the tracking number and checked it, it turned out the order hadn’t actually been shipped. Anyway, good luck, guys—I think I’ll just go buy a DJI in a store.
