U MIGHT BE OVERCHARGED
"Today, I purchased celery on offer but it did not show on the receipt, overcharged again. I didn't go back to claim the overcharge because it was going to rain. This isn't the first time—previously, I was also overcharged for cucumbers and other items due to careless scanning. It seems the staff scan items based on assumptions instead of verifying them. Additionally, I had a negative experience with a rude staff member when my son accidentally disturbed a display in the past. Every time I visit, the same person continues to treat me poorly with an unfriendly demeanor. I even tried a different branch, but I encountered similar overcharging issues there as well. Due to these repeated problems, I've decided to limit my purchases to specific items like Towkay only as I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service."
