Thank you for your feedback, Brittney. Regarding auto refill frequency, we send refills earlier than 90 days to ensure you never run out of birth control. Each pack contains 28 pills, so sending them every 90 days would be too late. That being said, you may view your next shipping date and turn off auto refill in your account settings at any time. Regarding the prescription change, pharmacists may substitute generic versions of medications for availability and cost reasons. These generics are therapeutically equivalent. We apologize if the change has caused migraines, and we want to work with you to find the best birth control for you.
