I was surprised I didn’t need a phone call to renew my prescription this time, but that was definitely not a problem for me. I hate phone calls. The whole process was quick, easy, and accurate.

Love you guys. I got a new debit card in between prescriptions, forgot to update. I got an email reminder and a phone call to make sure I didn’t have a break in my pills and I’m up to date and incredibly appreciative of the service you provide, the mission AND the actual customer service I received.
Just a heads up to any trans men....
So once the meds were actually in the mail, it was fine, but it was pretty clear from the process of getting prescribed that there wasn't really much (if any) thought given to the possibility that transgender patients might be accessing their service. I filled out the initial intake form, which asked for my gender, which I put down as male, thinking there would be a follow-up question about gender assigned at birth. Probably naive, in retrospect, but by the time I realized, there wasn't any way to go back and change my previous answer. This created a bunch of issues for me, as initially I thought I was flat out being refused a prescription, but there was some consultation and then I was told that it wouldn't be an issue. None of this was helped by the fact that I had signed up for a phone appointment, and someone that I thought was the pharmacist rang me, but while I was on the phone with her, the actual pharmacist rang me for the conference call, so we were essentially playing phone tag with three different people. Once all of that got straightened out, my prescription went through, and the actual medication arrived without issue. I was assured that whatever flagged in the system had been taken care of, I signed up for auto refills, and I figured that was the end of it.... Except my auto refill started process five days ago, and I noticed today that nothing had moved with it. I contacted them by e-mail asking what was up and when I could expect to receive my refill, and I just received a phone call (which I couldn't take because I'm in a public place), then an e-mail asking me to call them. So now I have to find a more private place to make a phone call for a refill of medication that I was already prescribed. Maybe this has nothing to do with the gender snafu at the beginning of my prescription process, but I kind of doubt it. I'm also a little frustrated that if there was an issue, no one contacted me about it. I don't know what would have happened had I not gotten in touch with them. Anyway, for most women, this shouldn't affect you, but if you're a trans man and trying to access either birth control or emergency contraception, you may be better off just going through your local Planned Parenthood or whatever and calling it a day. I really respect what PrjktRuby is doing with trying to make these things available to people who may have issues with access, but unfortunately, the experience has been really frustrating for me and resulted in having to have a lot of extremely awkward conversations about my gender history. I understand needing medical history to confirm that I can safely be prescribed any drug, but everyone seemed kind of flummoxed by it. I also have to wonder what kind of interaction I would have had had I contacted them for emergency contraception.

I was a little unsure about ordering…
I was a little unsure about ordering online at first, but it turned out to be super easy and smooth. The doctor asked a few relevant questions before approving my order, which made me feel comfortable. I got my package yesterday, and it only took two days to arrive. Overall, a really good experience!

Waste of time
Update they won’t refund the full amount of 50 dollars they only refunded us 5 dollars now. What a joke of a company stay away! Very disappointed with the service. I was told the product could be delivered almost immediately, but a couple of days later I was informed it would actually take a week. If I’d been given accurate information from the start, I could have planned accordingly. Poor communication and misleading delivery promises — not impressed.

I ordered it and it arrived within 4-5 days. I started using it about 4 or 5 days after stopped my period. I never had any nausea, which was what I experienced 20 years ago when I first used it. Though I'm now using Junel, and I think I used microgestin before. I have not gotten my period, which is the point of my use. When I was supposed to get my period after I started using it, I felt like I was about to get my period at any moment, my stomach was sensitive. Never got it, great. Around the time I was supposed to get it again, no period, less irritation, more normal. I'm happy customer. It's also helped my digestion, although often, I really have to go. Also leg cramps but nothing too bad.

Quick and easy
I’ve gone through ruby for years, every experience I’ve had has been quick, easy, painless and all around pleasant experience. Every Doctor and Nurse practitioner has been nice and friendly.

On browser, cannot add items to cart. Also, somehow my address was changed to a previous address and I have not received 2 orders because they went to the wrong address. No refund was even offered. Had to create a new order with expedited shipping for $59 and that order is still pending while I am out of meds.

Amazing service and support
I love how easy it is to find my medication and have it shipped to me. The price is better than when I had insurance. The customer service is prompt and helpful and I feel like managing my endometriosis is easier with access to this healthcare.
