Qianmiao peptide - now scamming and non-responsive to calls.
Have used for a couple of years, but this month October 2026 they have decided to not send any orders (due to fright carrier stopping, maybe a lie) and kept everyone's money with no refunds. The main agent(Simone) I used has resigned and the two numbers I have for the company and manager are going unanswered at time of writing.
Please avoid ordering anything from their website or agents from October 2026 as you are more likely to get scammed.
The company will take your first order and accept PayPal. The second or third order is only available through crypto and this is where they run away and drop all contact. Do not trust this company. There are plenty of other good companies out there
I saw the negative reviews on Trustpilot before placing my order — and I decided to give QM Peptides the benefit of the doubt. I regret that decision.
I had a good experience with QM and their rep Libra before so when I ordered another $600 I really expected the same service. The order was made through Libra, the payment was done and the package was shipped to North Macedonia.
Unfortunately, the parcel was stopped by customs. I immediately informed Libra that customs had opened the package and that it would be returned. At that point, Libra explicitly told me that once the package was returned, QM would reship it.
The situation then became increasingly confusing. QM first claimed that the goods had been destroyed by customs, while the tracking information showed that the parcel was being returned to the sender. I provided the tracking information and proof that the shipment was being returned.
Because customs had become stricter and I was no longer comfortable arranging another shipment, I requested a refund instead. Libra agreed and told me she would speak to her supervisor and issue the refund. A few days later, I was explicitly told:
“the refund request I just submitted for you has been approved.”
I was then asked for my crypto address so the refund could be sent.
That should have been the end of the matter.
It wasn't.
From that point forward, I repeatedly had to chase QM for the $600 refund. I contacted Dave, Libra's manager, and was repeatedly told that the finance department would be urged to process it. Days passed, then weeks. On September 15, I made it clear that I had been patient enough and provided my wallet information again.
As of September 21, I was still asking for a definitive answer about when my money would be returned.
What disappoints me most is not that a parcel encountered customs problems. Things can go wrong with international shipping. What has broken my trust is the way QM handled the situation afterward.
Before ordering, I had read the negative reviews and specifically chose to give the company a chance because my previous interactions with them had been positive. I believed the negative experiences might have been isolated cases.
Now, after experiencing the refund process myself, I understand why those reviews raised concerns.
A company can have shipping problems. A company can have customs problems. What matters is how the company takes responsibility when something goes wrong.
In my case, QM acknowledged the refund, told me it had been approved, asked for my payment information, and then left me repeatedly chasing them for money that had already been agreed to be returned.
That has completely changed my view of the company.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering from QM read the negative reviews carefully and pay particular attention to customers' experiences when something goes wrong — not just the reviews from people whose orders arrived successfully.
For me, this is no longer about the $600. It is about trust, communication, and whether a company stands behind what its values are and what it tells its customers.
QM had my trust. They lost it.
UPDATE:
Some time has passed and i want to update my review so the reader can have a fully picture.
My first order was quite large +1000usd in it i had order 5kits of 5amino1mq 4kits at random per 1 vial each were tested, only 1 tested positive for presence of endotoxins, the rest of the kits were alright but i suspect just that batch was compromised luckily just 1 of the 5kits were of a different batch not similar to the rest of the 4 so i had to throw away this batch. I didn't mention this to QM since at the moment i have not yet been refunded by them in fear they might withhold my funds. Sadly except to test for endotoxins I do not have a way to check the contents of the rest of my batch tho i suspect the Klow 80mg is not exactly those 4 peptides inside the klow peptide mix (4 people including me do not have any significant improvement what so ever while on it, 5 vials were already used for research yet yielded little to no results with increasing doses no changes are seen ) this on it self i suspect that it might be because of a quality issue, as i mentioned above i have no way of knowing for sure take this second update with a pinch of salt as they would say. All in all communication is at best hopeful whether i will be refunded is yet to be seen....
Very disappointing experience with Qianmiaopeptide. The communication was okay initially, but once I encountered a problem, the customer service and follow-up were extremely poor. I had to contact them repeatedly and did not receive the support I expected. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend.
It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would strongly recommend that potential customers do their own research and carefully consider the risks before placing an order.
I’m leaving a second review for my most recent order, which is a repeat to the UK.
Everything arrived safely, my contact Simone was again extremely helpful.
Guided me through ordering and payment, kept me updated about delivery. Answered any questions I had so quickly.
I’ll definitely be returning here as the prices are, certainly in my experience unbeatable.
Company is doing a rug pull
May fulfil 1 or 2 orders until you put through a big one do not buy from them now! They are scamming everyone buyers beware ! Nelly there sales manager who has a ai made picture is consistently denying everything made a order and still haven't received anything since March!
I placed an order with QM Peptides on March 11th and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
After making payment, I was informed that one of the products I initially ordered was out of stock, despite this not being communicated beforehand. I was then asked to pay extra to upgrade to a higher dosage (20mg), which I agreed to in order to proceed with the order.
The delivery process was significantly delayed. I was originally told shipping would take around 9–14 days, however I did not receive a tracking number until roughly two weeks later, and the overall delivery took far longer than expected. Communication during this time was inconsistent and often vague, requiring repeated follow-ups on my end.
When the package finally arrived, the product was incorrect. I received 10mg instead of the 20mg that I had paid for, as well as i received pure water instead of BAC (Bacterio-static water) when it was clearly stated in the initial order, in addition the Reta 10mg sadly was compromised, when i reconstituted it became cloudy and murky with small particles. When I raised this issue, the response was not handled professionally, and the proposed partial refund did not reflect the actual price difference.
Throughout my interaction with their representative, Nelly, communication felt disorganized and at times unserious. Responses were often delayed, incomplete, or dismissive, and there was a noticeable lack of accountability when problems arose.
I also attempted to escalate the issue by contacting a manager. Initially, I was offered potential solutions such as a refund or a replacement order, which seemed promising. However, after this initial contact, communication stopped entirely. Despite following up, I have not received any further response, nor has any refund been issued to this day.
Overall, this experience reflects poor communication, lack of organization, and inadequate customer support. I would advise others to proceed with caution.
Please feel free to reach out should you require any additional information in deciding should you trust this review or not on my email: mango.sage1999 at outlook
Till this issue is resolved my stance will remain unchanged and would advice against placing any orders with this vendor.
UPDATE:
I am updating my review to reflect the full experience with QM Peptides, including several days of follow-up communication.
After placing my order on March 3rd and completing payment, I was later informed that a product was out of stock and was asked to pay extra for an upgrade. Despite agreeing and paying more, the order was delayed well beyond the promised timeframe, with no tracking information provided for an extended period.
When the package finally arrived, the item was incorrect — I received 10mg instead of the 20mg I paid for, originally ordered BAC water instead i was send pure water, which to this day is not known if its pure water or Acidic water or bac water. This was followed by a highly disorganized and frustrating resolution process.
Refund amounts were repeatedly changed and renegotiated, and I was told multiple times that a refund had already been issued, yet no funds were ever received. Requests for proof of a completed transaction were not properly addressed. At the same time, the conversation shifted between partial refunds, reshipping offers, and further negotiation, without any clear resolution.
Communication with Nelly became increasingly unprofessional. There were instances of dismissive replies, contradictory statements, deleted messages, and even sarcastic remarks during what should have been a straightforward resolution process. At one point, I was asked to remove my review in exchange for them “making amends,” which is not an appropriate way to handle customer feedback.
I also escalated the matter to a manager, who initially offered solutions such as a refund or replacement. However, after that initial contact, I received no follow-up and was effectively ghosted.
Additionally, I received private messages in response to my review that were defensive in tone and attempted to shift responsibility onto me, rather than addressing the core issues.
To this day:
The incorrect products issue remains unresolved
No confirmed refund has been received
Communication has been inconsistent and unprofessional
Overall, this experience demonstrates a lack of reliability, accountability, and proper customer support. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
I apologize to the reader for the long post, I just want you to know the details in full.
Thank you
This company appears to be fraudulent. They use female sales representatives to persuade customers to place orders; however, no products are actually delivered. After payment, they provide a tracking number, but this is only electronically registered and does not correspond to a real shipment. After a few days of delaying communication, they cease contact entirely.
On platforms such as Trustpilot, the company seems to use fake identities to post positive reviews. It is likely that these reviews are created by a single individual using multiple phone numbers or accounts.
Individuals who have been deceived and have transferred money are advised to contact the Chinese embassy. There is a dedicated department that handles such cases, and reports are taken seriously.

I ordered a small amount of peptides to begin with, and honestly I’m really pleased.
I read the other negative reviews while waiting for my delivery, and they worried me, but my lovely rep, Simone, was very reassuring. Responded to my many, many messages immediately.
My order came in two parts, and I have trialled them in part. They are good.
Unbeatable price, no problems at all. Immediate effect from one in particular.
I would not leave a review if I felt they were not trustworthy, but I think it’s important to give credit where it’s due.
My experience has been overwhelmingly positive.
Placed an order for RT40 with “Kate” product arrived but once mixed with Bac water became cloudy. Messaged Kate said that she could refund or send another batch. I agreed to a new batch and also agreed to buying another batch. Couple of days later “Kate’s” WhatsApp went off. The main number now blanking messages. Below I will attach a copy of the proof as well as on every other review site. Please do not use this company. Stay clear. The reviews are right they are scammers scamming working people of hard earned money.
Ordered from them in January. Had a bit of a challenge with the order. However, it finally came. But what I will say is despite my challenge with shipping my sales rep Simone was absolutely amazing! She communicated with me was very apologetic and ultimately made sure I got my product. Since then she has gone above and beyond to care for our business. I would highly recommend Simone specifically at QM.
Everything is fake about this company. Their company, their representatives, their testimonials and even the testing company is a non-excisting completely made up scam. Don't fall into it.
Qianmiao peptides has been great. I've ordered twice, lots of products. The service was great, even with the big time difference. All the products I've tried have been safe, no issues.
My 1st order they realized the were short one of the products I ordered . They let me know right away and offered a credit or to tag it on to my next order, which they did automatically, I didn't have to request it. 1st time payed with PayPal second time Alibaba pay, which was easier, she sent me a payment link. Product arrived within 2 weeks , very well packaged, discreetly . Research subject alive and thriving!

Thank you again for choosing Qianmiaopeptide and for sharing such a genuine and detailed experience! 🙏
The issues you mentioned, such as communication across time zones, payment methods (PayPal/Alibaba), two-week delivery time, discreet and reinforced packaging, and our proactive approach of offering a refund or reshipment when we discovered a shortage in your order, all reflect our core service principles:
We don't shirk responsibility when problems arise, and we don't delay in resolving them.
We are also happy to hear that your research is progressing smoothly! Please feel free to contact us anytime if you have any further needs.
I ordered products from this company and they didn't fulfil the order. First they charged me for something they didn't have and then didn't send my complete order and then tried to get me to order something else in order to get what I had originally ordered. When I queried them the rep had very little idea what was happening. When I requested a refund they never provided one and even after chasing them up, the rep stop responding to me and is now ghosting me. I'm now out of pocket.
Stay away from this company as they will take your money, not fulfill your order and then ghost you when you try to follow up.
