I couldn't believe it that they would con me,creating fake tracking numbers which doesn't exists .I also feel Track718 is in cahoots with them by providing fake tracking along a time line that's non existent

Same as the others, bought from a site that I found on a social advertise, the 17track (that is a site that I've already used to track items that really arrived) shows that the item was delivered, but now item never arrived, and reading the other comments here, is clear that is a SCAM both the Cognitive Development CenterLIMITED (cogived.com) vendor and this carrier shenhang56.
Boehmroofing and 17Track is a scam!
If I could give a zero, I would. Unfortunately, I had the same experience as the rest of these reviews. I ordered from a site called Boehmroofing.com. I had no idea my product was coming from China until I noticed the tracking details once the order was finally shipped. It took about 25 days to even ship and then, like everyone else, I received tracking number from 17Track. It then took about another 23 days to then see that the tracking info said it was delivered and I received nothing (and I was home the day it was supposedly delivered)! I contacted the seller through an email located on the site and they just keep telling me they will be contacting the carrier. I have so far received two of the same "we will contact the seller, give us a few days", emails in the same email thread. I wrote back again a couple of days ago and have heard nothing!! It looks like I've been their next victim. I have learned a hard lesson... don't buy from unreputable sellers and avoid all products coming from China!!! Question for Trustpilot: Why is Shenhang56 showing up as 2.6 stars if all of the reviews are 100% a 1?
Fake company. No product.
Reading all the above reviews I realize how I've also been scammed in the same way as other customers. The supplier shenhang56.com worked through a website called sportvibeza.com where the sold name brand shoes online. They use a tracking company called 17Track that gives you fake updates for a month on the progress of you parcel until it says delivered, yet no product gets delivered. There is no way to get a proper contact details for either the seller, fake website or tracking company. Please don't fall for this bullshit.

Fake company, I bought some shoes on daily-outlets.com and they suppose to use shenhan56 as carrier, the package status is delivered but the package doesn’t exist …

Sleazy "carrier" company offering fake tracking for an order I stupidly placed with a cimpany disguised as Richards's Sporting Goods (I couldnt use the real name, flagged as inappropriate language!) but ended up being some fake Chinese company. I placed my order a month ago and they claimed it was delivered 2 days ago/we received nothing...big surprise. Never order anything via social media sites!!!

I placed an order through this website and it has been a complete nightmare. There was no tracking information provided, and the website itself offers no customer care support details—no phone number, no live chat, and no working contact email. The only email I could find and that was, which is completely unresponsive. The assigned carrier was KHY, and their contact page at shenhang56.com is either broken or useless. I’ve received no updates, no location details, and no way to verify the status of my shipment. It’s been weeks with zero communication. This kind of service is unacceptable. If you're considering ordering from this site, think twice. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no way to get help once they have your money. I strongly advise others to avoid this seller until they fix their customer service and provide real tracking and support.
