A Real Review

New customer of 2021, my experience thus far has been very pleasant with Shinjiru. They were very helpful in helping me set up my platform and providing the right service for my project. Support has been available very consistently and is a pleasure to speak with.

Great support

Really good customer service

Really good customer service, I like them very much.

Knowingly hosts fraudulent sites

I have never used Shinjuru... but my daughter was scammed by a website who does... already21.com - and by the look of the below reviews, they seem to host a whole wave of other fraudulent websites. Any company that can live with that on their conscious must be run by pretty appalling human beings. Do the right thing, withdraw service from alrwady21.com and report the people behind it to the authorities... otherwise you are just an accessory, as whose money do you think you are being paid with?

I put 5 stars because there are no more, thanks for :) now everything is ok, thank you very much for the quick help and for the job well done. You are wonderful

Customer service are the best!

Scammers X2

Scammers. I requested an cancellation because the vps was hacked and abused from the attacker. They don't wont give me back a credit or refund. Don't buy with btc, buy with paypal and if they don't refund you, open a dispute. Thank you. Edit: They don't refund me by crypto because is easy. You can't dispute a crypto payment. Which is the difference from a refund of paypal to btc? Nothing! By paying in crypto they can decide whether to refund you or not because you cannot open a dispute. I do not recommend this host because you will have high pings, ssh bruteforces and more cyberattacks. They gave me credit for what? It is not a refund because the credit remains there.

I recommend this service to everyone who wants make secure website. Can pay via bitcoin. and support team works well and very fast 👌

Careful with this hosting provider

Careful with this hosting provider. They will constantly change your hosting IP address like every 3 days and when you asked them why. They would respond that I will need to buy a dedicated IP address addon. It's my first time my hosting is constantly changing my ip address in 7 years of my web master career.. Not only that they will forcefully ask for your cloudflare login details like they are about to beg for it! LOL. Scammers.
