If those don't resolve the request or the customer prefers to speak with a member of our team, they can select Connect to a support representative to continue to one of our support channels, available 24/7, including live chat, support tickets as well as over the phone. Depending on the nature of the inquiry, the request is directed to the support channel best suited to provide assistance.
