我最近在 Lakewood Self Storage 购买了一套单元。登记入住的情况很好，和我一起报名的那个人做得很好。 我必须经常去单位。两周内 3 次访问中，距离我单位最近的停车场的所有停车位都被占用了。另一位同时在那里的人说，他每次去那里时都注意到另外两辆车也在那里。只有3个停车位。 7 月 9 日我去了那里，两辆车又在那里。一位深色卷发、开着卡罗拉的女士正在停车，看起来她正在和她一起吃午饭。我问她是否在那里工作。她说她不知道，但她认识工作人员。什么？！？我解释说，我在那里的 3 次中有 2 次必须玩音乐车，因为 2 个位置总是被占用。可以停在其他地方吗？ 她的回答是：“这也是员工停车场。大楼的另一边还有另一个停车场。” 我回答说：“可以从那里进入我的单位吗？我被告知这个入口是进入我的单位最方便的入口。” 她耸耸肩，说道：“一般都是有空位的。”转身走开。 显然，顾客并不重要，更重要的是确保员工可以偷懒，如果这会给他们带来不便，可以把车停在最近的停车场。显然，客户服务不是优先考虑的。仅当没有其他可用位置时才使用此设施。 我支付额外费用在温度受控区域购买一台设备。如果我能因为员工拒绝多走几步而进入单位，那还有什么意义呢？ 他们所要做的就是允许一名员工在每个停车场停车，这样他们就可以占用一个空间，为更多付费客户留下空间。那好吧！
