Hard work!!
I am a PhD student, in my last year, and I paid online for a 48 hour access of an important paper that I need to reference. The money was taken from my account but I am still waiting for access 24 hours later. I have emailed the company twice and messaged them via Twitter but nothing! Not impressed! Not only is this an inconvenience but it has been a valuable waste of research time trying to find this paper elsewhere. Disappointing and unprofessional.
