Throughout the month, including on the very day your review was published, our team provided you with detailed responses, contacted both the supplier and Casa di Roma, and specifically requested an exception to the non-refundable conditions on your behalf. Unfortunately, the property declined that request. Regarding the booking itself, Travel Advantage allows members to book several rooms within a single reservation by simply indicating the number of rooms, adults and children required. Since your intention was to secure four rooms for the same group, requesting all four rooms together would have been the most appropriate way to secure them simultaneously, subject to availability at confirmation. You also mention that rooms appeared again on the platform the following day. At that point, our Support team could have assisted you in attempting to secure the additional rooms, particularly since the reservations were being made well in advance of your stay. As with virtually all travel booking platforms and agencies, Travel Advantage operates with dynamic inventory. Prices and availability can change in real time across hotels, suppliers and distribution channels. A room available at one moment may be booked minutes later through another channel, while inventory may subsequently become available again. This explains why availability can disappear and later reappear. Throughout this situation, our Support team followed your case, contacted the relevant parties, defended your interests as far as reasonably possible and repeatedly explained the booking and availability process. Our agents continued to assist you professionally despite repeated statements that complaints would be filed. However, neither Travel Advantage nor its Support agents have the authority to force a hotel to waive the contractual conditions of a confirmed non-refundable reservation. One final point remains important. You indicated that you wished to make the reservations individually in order to obtain separate invoices. Since Travel Advantage allows several rooms to be booked within a single reservation, each separate booking you chose to make was necessarily processed independently against the live inventory available at that precise moment. The availability of four rooms during an initial search therefore does not guarantee that four successive individual booking requests will encounter the same inventory. We sincerely regret that, despite all our efforts, the situation has not resulted in the outcome you expected.
