Do not trust this company

will not stand by UK Law regarding warranty periods, any faults on goods they demand you send goods to China address at your expense to wait months on a repair even though within legal warranty periods they must supply a direct replacement, if you must use this company always pay either Paypal as you get 6 months cover or by credit cards for full cover to guarantee your money back in the even of a fault.

I have ordered two types of software…

I have ordered two types of software vfrom this company and neither of them works, the first one even got redelivered but when it arrived it still didn't work. Terrible waste of my time and money, will not be using again!

Items purchased do not work

I have tried for 2 months to return 2 items I bought from your company that do not work. My emails to your company ('uobd2@uobd2dotcom' & 'ubodii@ubodiidotcom'), are returned by the hotmail 'postmaster' as "undeliverable". Order #U2160622305879 The 2 items are: FORD OBD TOOL, & MAZDA OBD TOOL. The included software on disc will not make the units operate. No one answers the cell phone number 0086-13995696053 you gave me. Please forward RETURN SHIPPING LABEL to: robertfay@hotmail DO YOU HAVE A WORKING EMAIL ADDRESS?

Never Shipped Item

I placed 3 separate order for a ISTA, PIWIS, and Mercedes DAS. I received the first two but never the DAS for $1060.00. uobd2.net would never return any emails so I had to dispute it with PayPal. They have never responded to PayPal either. The problem is what is going to happen if you buy something an it goes bad. Don't expect these guys to take care of it. Terrible customer No Service
