Items purchased do not work
I have tried for 2 months to return 2 items I bought from your company that do not work. My emails to your company ('uobd2@uobd2dotcom' & 'ubodii@ubodiidotcom'), are returned by the hotmail 'postmaster' as "undeliverable". Order #U2160622305879 The 2 items are: FORD OBD TOOL, & MAZDA OBD TOOL. The included software on disc will not make the units operate.
