Excellent site with great prices, I was a bit dubious at first ordering from a site in China but I have made 2 orders so far both turning up within a week, you only know how good a business is when you get a problem and I can honestly say their customer services is nothing short of exceptional, I messaged them with a problem late Friday evening and it was resolved by 9 am Saturday morning, in the UK customer services are no where to be seen at the weekend, you deserve more stars just for that, my number 1 go to from now on.
08/17/2019 All the reviews on this site made me very nervous. The products I ordered arrived 60 HOURS after I placed the order! If they had only emailed me a tracking number, I wouldn't have gone nuts. I am keeping the original review below to show how badly I jumped the gun. I would usually do some research before ordering from a site that I hadn't previously heard of. The reasons why I ordered without proper due diligence was that I was referred by a YouTube reviewer who I thought was reliable and because they take PayPal. I placed an order for two products that have been on the market for exactly a year. These weren't Pre-Order items, or older clearance pieces. I specifically selected the USA Warehouse and chose colors/options that showed as "In Stock" and displayed, "Expected DELIVERY Date 2 days from the current date" At checkout, they add a "Free Gift" to my cart. It initially showed a pod device. I wanted to decline it because it was going to ship from Hong Kong, but I was unable to remove it. At the next step in checkout, the item changed to a replacement pod cartridge, not the device and a $3.60 shipping charge was added to that "Free" item(which they sell for $2.98). But I was saving more than $3.60 so I let it slide. I complete checkout and my PayPal is charged 45 seconds later. The next day, I came across this site. I began to worry after reading the reviews here. I logged into my account on the site and tried to find the "Hold Shipment" or "Cancel" options. There are none. I try to use the "Contact Us" feature, but the page indicates that they are having problems with the mail server. I open the live chat feature during regular Hong Kong business hours, but I am forced to leave a message. Since it hadn't been 48 hours yet, I logged into PayPal to see if I can cancel there, but they force me to try to work it out with the seller. If my suspicions are correct, they will just ignore me and quickly change the status of my order to "Shipped" (regardless of whether or not they actually have), thereby making it impossible to cancel. I have experience ordering from China. I understand that it takes a long time. I have had orders that were rejected at customs in Beijing, or items with batteries or liquids that had to go the long way around the globe. I am also familiar with tracking numbers that state Awaiting Package for 10+days and then they pop up in California or New York. I specifically selected items that were supposed to ship from the USA warehouse to avoid those problems. The bottom of every page it states, Orders ship in 48 hours. After 48 hours, instead of Shipped, the status is Waiting For Payment even though PayPal confirmed the transaction and the funds have been removed from the available balance in my bank account. I sent an email to support requesting that they cancel my order since it hasn't shipped yet and they supposedly haven't really been paid yet. I'll have to wait and see what they do. 10 hours after writing this scary review, my entire order arrived. Sorry Vaporl. I should have been a little more patient. Please get your site issues resolved. Timely status updates would have saved me a few grey hairs. I guess most of those reviews were related to the issues I listed as common issues with ordering from China. Now I wish I never found this site.
Bought some products, after several days they said the goods were dispatched and shipped. 1 week after that i asked about the tracking information, and they asked that the goods were out of stock and they were not shipped. Avoid buying there. Go to any other similar website (fasttech, 3fvape, aliexpress, etc)
I ordered the SMOK Morph 219 from the Hong Kong warehouse as it was the only option. It clearly states it will take about 3 weeks & I recieved it within that time period. My order was not updated on the vaporl website so I sent an email to customer support. I recieved a response within 24 hours along with an apology & a tracking number. All communication via email was handled in a timely fashion. If you have the time to wait & looking for good quality at an affordable price I highly recommend Vaporl. If you want it quick this isn't your place.
Add me to the missing shipment crew. Made an order from the Hong Kong warehouse, got a tracking number that doesn't exist. Attempted to email support@vaporl. and it was returned as undeliverable.
Its been over 2 weeks can I haven't got my order. I can't even track the order and don't know where to get my refund. I am really mad about this and would like to know how to contact them.
Alex, your right! I happen to place a pre-order on 7/3/19. I received an email on 7/22 claiming my package was shipped. As of today, tracking shows my item still at their HONG KONG warehouse. WTH .. is someone sitting in the back of the warehouse blowing clouds on with my device! In fairness, items ordered out of their USA warehouse comes reasonably fast. But unless your willing to wait and take the chance the FDA bans vaping, you are best to SHOP ELSEWHERE. I have just started a review channel called .. "vapornomics" on youtube. Whilst looking for the vape mod and tank that I wanted, I noticed this site was the cheapest, whilst ordering it states that I was entitled to a free gift which was some sort of pod vape (which I was not interested in). I emailed the support team and asked if instead of the free gift, I could have free shipping instead ($8.25) and they agreed. I placed my order then looked at the reviews, I must admit I was pretty worried. I only had the option to buy from the china warehouse. Most of the reviews stated that they were waiting weeks just for them to ship the items, and that they also waited weeks for the order to arrive from the China warehouse. I placed my order on the 26th June 2019... That afternoon it stated that it had been shipped. I did not receive any tracking information, so I was obviously worried. However... I received my order on the 3rd August. Just over a week. The product was very well packaged. The product was stunning, and genuine and at a great price!. I was extremely impressed with the company, the ordering and the shipping time were better than expected! I don't normally write reviews, however, I feel that this company needs and deserves some great positive reviews. Thanks again and I will certainly order from you again.

Unfortunately They don’t even deserve a one star, you will find a brilliant customer service till you place your order. received a defective item and they don’t even reply to my messages anymore. It’s cheaper than the uk based ones but I saved 15 pounds on the cost of my drag2 mod and ended up with a defective one and simply no one even bothered to reply or refund it for me. STAY AWAY
Purchased a Smok Morph 219 Kit from Vaporl. I did a lot of research and price comparing, this was the lowest price I could find by far, and I was a little skeptical. You could get items cheaper by choosing a Hong Kong shipping option, and I chose the USA warehouse for my first order. Shipping was super fast, item was at my doorstep in 3 DAYS! The package was a little torn up, but the box and item survived well. The product tested out to be 100% authentic and registerable with Smok. Device functions as advertised. Tank leaked right out of the box, but that may have been my fault for priming the coil wrong. I had a good experience with this company and would recommend to other family & friends for sure!
I’ll start by saying if you’re going to purchase from China, you’re gonna have to go into the purchase with the mindset that the delivery is gonna take a couple weeks. The person who hits checkout, then pays is making that choice. I’ve bought from them, and item delivered between 1 and 3 weeks (China). If you choose to pick the US store, higher $, but free shipping (by higher $$, I’m really saying in the low range $$ for purchases from a business on US soil). When I started buying from them, their discount program was cool as f@&k, but they changed it a bit. I won’t complain because I’m getting inexpensive mods, Vape kits, accessories of all kinds, so the little bit paid for shipping is worth it. In addition, You can’t take one glance thru the website and provide an accurate review. I look at the website at least once a day, and if the product I’m shopping for isn’t on sale, I give it some time, it’ll be on sale or markdown at some point. Vaporl is a good site as long as you have patience to wait a bit. It’s worth it by the price. It’s almost worth a 5
The slowest shipping I have ever experienced. Their tracking is really unclear and isn't proper English, so you never really know where your package is... I've been waiting for about a month for my order to arrive and it hasn't yet. Would never order from them again. Hoping the shipment actually arrives.
Honestly, Vaporl exceeded my expectations in price, shipping, and service. Whenever my new device had a defect, I was super worried that I would be fighting to get it warrantied. Honestly, the service rep handled everything and processed my warranty issue without any hassle. I could not be happier with the experience (even with the issue I ran into). Extremely satisfied with the overall shopping experience with Vaporl.com. The mod I purchased was about 20% cheaper than any other website I looked (and I looked at quite a few sites.) They had exactly the color I wanted, and I even got a bonus 12% off since it was my first order with them. I saved about $15 plus free shipping. Absolutely zero problems with shipping like others have written. Received my package 3 days after ordering it. It actually came in a day earlier than USPS tracking had estimated. When I saw the option to choose whether it shipped from the Hong Kong Warehouse or the U.S.(California) I opted for the U.S. one. It didn't cost extra and was in stock there, so no brainer. Have to wonder if that's why shipping was such a breeze for me. My Vaporesso Luxe mod was nicely packaged and factory sealed. I'm currently enjoying it while writing this review. A+ service from start to finish, I would definitely shop with Vaporl again
I placed my order one month ago, and it is still "waiting to be shipped". Sent an email few days ago and no response. Not as advertised that they'll ship in 48 hours. They should inform the customer if there's a delay and ETA of the delay. This makes me feel that they oversell their inventory and kept those money in their bank to get free interest. Edit: They actually replied about the order being delayed but it is 9 days after the order date and unfortunately got sent to junk mail. If you don't have something in stock, you should not list on your page! Or at least mentioned that it is a back ordered item! Edit 2: They agree to refund, however a week has passed and no refund seen yet, they are fast to take your money and slow to give it back, worst website I've ever buy anything from.

They state shipping within 48 hours. 2 Weeks after I placed my order, I had to contact them to see what was going on. They stated one of the items were out of stock. So I changed the color. I received my order 2 months later only to find out none of the order was correct. Their customer service is complete crap. $70 worth of crap
