Will Buy From Again While it's true that the shipping is slow, that's the case for every company in China. It takes a long time to move a product by ship literally halfway around the world. The customer service of Vaporl is fantastic. Pleasant, responsive, and professional. I genuinely have no complaints and will continue to purchase from them.
I would like to say that vaporl is a great vape site not only for it's affordable price and high-quality products, but also for it's better services. I know the shipping problem is a great big headache. But i found that recently vaporl released their USA store for fast shipping within 3 days. If you're hard to bear the long shipping time just choose faster shipping way or close your mouth and wait. I mean judge a site depends on whether it keeps improving.
So I had been in the vaping real for 3 years now, already know all online vape shops and this company VaporL is really really solid. Everything from start to finish is flawless. Price/Products/Shipping and Customer Service is the best I ever come across.
I have bought vapes from a number of different suppliers and have received no response when a product was faulty. I’m pleased to say Vaporl were amazing from the get go. I initially placed my order without coils and contacted them via Facebook to check which ones I needed for my new kit. They replied straight away and even put the coils in for free as a good Will gesture. When I received the vape I had some issues getting it going (purely my own silliness) and they replied straight away again to assist. I can honestly say I haven’t received such good old fashioned service online or in person for a long time. I wish all businesses were as professional and honest as these guys. Added bonus - I have a lovely new vape that blows massive thick clouds :D Thanks again!

Their customer support team was responsive to my concern and they addressed an issue I had very professional and courteous. Fast response and great interaction. Would recommend purchasing from them even though shipping takes longer but it's worth the wait knowing that they take their time to deal with any issues that arise. I've had nothing but great experience with Vaporl. Most of these negative reviews is on shipping. You got to understand that it's coming internationally. It's going to take some time. 1st shipment came within the time limit that was stated. 2nd shipment came just a few days earlier even with a discrepancy with the order. The discrepancy was minor. I ordered a blue Aqua Master during a special promotion. It sold out and they put my order on hold. I contacted them to see if there was a problem. They explained that the particular color sold out and ask if a different color was ok. I said it was fine and went on to ship out the items I purchased. I am more than satisfied with my purchases. Everything is 100% authentic. Please be rest assured that they will work with you. I will be purchasing again through Vaporl.

STAY AWAY!! Order a Vape August 16th, they changed the date 5 times on me saying it’ll be shipped out shortly. When I ask for an update get the same BS email. It is now October 26 still no product and no refund. Nothing but lies from them. Most likely won’t see my money back either. Do not purchase from them at any cost, let my mistake be your lesson.
