poor Service
Bought a kit 3 days ago, have yet to receive confirmation on the order or shipping. They will not respond to my emails. Will be filing dispute if I don’t hear back in 24 hours

Commies... I ordered my Vapresso Revenger 2 weeks ago. I have tried to contact them 4 times now and they refuse to respond. Their site says they respond within 48 hours. Thats a laugh. I am never using this site again. I already ordered the same mod from a trusted site and It will be here in less time than they take to respond. I should have known better than to trust a bunch of damn commies.

very good service
i had several orders at vaporl and never experienced any problem. now i had a problem with a product from them: a mod died 2 months after purchase. i contacted them and they provided quick and very good service. quick and friendly replies. they required a video showing the problem. i made one and sent it to them. and after a few days they refunded me . many companies provide good service. as long as everything runs fine. but if there is a problem you can see which company provides REALLY good service. and i was absolutely satisfied with their service. thanks vaporl, keep up the good work!

The customer service on this site was some of the most helpful people I've met online to date. I ordered something I wasn't supposed to. An instead of keeping the money for the sale, they gave me the full refund an was very polite about it. No questions asked.

not real information
They told me a bunch of not real things, and I'm saying "not real" because they told me that they didn't lie to me, so I won't discuss that... They only cares about the sale, and to be fair, the package arrived, but it took twice the time it supposed, and they said a lot of not real things to me about the shipping information, which was confirmed to be "not real" when I contacted the carrier directly. Don't buy from them if you hate when people say what you want to hear even if it's not real, and if you don't care to wait twice the time to receive it. And when I complain about the service, they told me to go away and buy from others. It's a shame not to be able to upload an screenshot here and show everyone the nasty customer service they provide.

I never bothered to make a review on something I ordered online but these guys have my appreciation. They have products that here in Cyprus don't even heard of and they have very good prices I ordered once from vaporl one set of coils and one tank. Because I needed those stuff urgently I ordered express on 05/08/2018 and I was able to receive my order on 11/08/2018 from dhl. Keep up the good work.

Firstly, the ordering process is well structured, payment methods are proper, and shipping is done quickly and with tracking info sent to your email. It's honestly just like ordering from FastTech or any other Asian vendor. Reduced price, longer wait; it's a delayed reward option for some people. I ordered an RX2 20700 kit (Gnome Tank included) for a lot less than the other websites and brick-and-mortars were offering. Item arrived, everything is authentic and in factory condition. It might have something to do with Wismec being from China originally, but the item was everything I expected. Top notch nandos. Now, they use SmartPost, which is tedious but I have never had a real problem with an item being lost or not arriving to me. I have made many small orders from different Chinese vendors and they all used SmartPost--no issues for me, but I have a reliable USPS in my area that let me grab the package when they received it instead of having me wait until the next day to get in it the mail. The order did sit for a few days before being prepared for shipment, and I did have to contact the Customer Service to get an alternative tracking number for the package's trip from China to California. But they were so helpful and very friendly. All it takes is a little tact and patience to get your way with mostly everyone in customer service--they want you to be happy too.

Excellent service and dispatch times with good email follow up to verify that items arrived although not within Vaporl's control the freight company to Australia was good, the Australian end of postage was very slow with no cross correlation on the tracking number. Other than that, shall buy from them again :)
