Half order filled the rest still waiting/Good they changed website info now
I have made an order on April 27 and have gotten just half my order so I have my tank soaking for 2 weeks now,still no update on mod ,the tracking says at warehouse,I have asked for a refund twice without an answer.The first reply is you get it when we get it ,next to follow tracker,bad communication with customer service.To be fair they now changed their web site to better display shipping times from Hong Kong to be from 12 to 25 Business days and I'm on 13 so If they had that kind of information when I ordered I would not of given them 1 star.They did respond to emails prior to my refund request,they just need to be more clear on website and they have addressed this now
Would give 0 stars if I could. Made a pre order on 03/06/19 and still haset even shipped. Have asked 3 times for a refund and still haven't got one. Clearly not a reputable dealer, steer clear.

I made an order April 25th and it still hasn't been shipped and they gave me two different tracking numbers that don't even work. I asked for a refund and they told me they would refund my funds ASAP then two days went by and their excuse for not refunding me was that it was a holiday and they don't ship on weekends smh...told me I had to wait till Sunday after saying I would be refunded days ago. This is by far the worst vape shop/store I have ever ordered from and will never ever order from them again!! I WANT MY MONEY!!!
So far my experience with vaporl has been top notch!! I've had to make corrections to my order and they've accomodated everything I requested in the fastest time frame I've ever seen. My order was shipped out when I was told it would be and once I receive my order I will updated my review as well but as it goes right now I highly recommend vaporl and I'll be bring my buisness back there in the near futur!! I payed for DHL shipping that was supposed to be 3-7 days. It’s been 10 days since I placed my order and my item hasn’t even been shipped. I’ve tried to contact Vaporl with no success.
I placed an order 16 days ago and even chose DHL shipping (which is not cheap) to arrive as soon as possible and the order is still unshipped. I've left two messages and they haven't even replied. Now I'm just waiting for my money to be brought back, fortunately I did it through PayPal, but nothing will take away my discontent and anger with this website. It's been once and never again.

Not trustworthy at all. Seems like a scam. Take ages to ship. Gave a tracking number that is still on "shipment information received" which means that vaporl has still not shipped the products. Will never buy from them again and i would not recommend anyone to buy from them. Sellers on aliexpress are much much better for vaping products.

Yes I know shipping is a bit slow, I still give them a 4-5 star for their prices and their extremely good customer support and response time.
I’ve ordered quite a few times already and so far it’s all been positive.
Whenever I reached out for anything, from an order change to status, to a wrong item shipped, they were always quick to reply and offer the proper support without attempting to pull a fast one on me.
I do wish that on pre-orders they would provide an approximate ship date as other sites do and also that they would add more functionality in terms of managing orders online without having to contact them.
Also for US warehouse shipments they utilize FedEx SmartPost which is both slooow and has to be more expensive than straight USPS, so hopefully one day they will use straight USPS.
When I order through them, I order with the understanding that it’s from HK and/or that it is a pre-order and I’ll just have to be patient. But it’s a fair trade off for their awesome pricing coupled with good service.
All in all I am happy and would recommend them. If however you’re in a rush or need instant gratification, they may not be the source for you.
