Thank you for the amazing review! When it comes to custom work, the details matter—and we’re glad our team made sure your patch was right before it became permanent. That extra step is exactly how great jackets are made.
Thank you for your thoughtful review. Great communication is a big part of bringing custom jackets to life, and we’re glad our team could work through every detail with you to make sure it came out exactly right. We also appreciate your honest note about the packaging. While our focus is always on protecting the jacket during transit, we know the unboxing experience matters too, and feedback like this helps us keep improving every part of the Varsity Base experience.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the experience did not meet your expectations. Our team did respond throughout the process and also offered to arrange a call to discuss any concerns directly, as we understand custom orders can sometimes require more detailed communication. We also want to clarify that when customers upload their own patch artwork, those files remain the customer’s intellectual property, and we typically do not alter the colors or design of customer-supplied patches unless specifically arranged in advance. That said, we understand your frustration, and our team has already been in touch to see how we can help rectify the situation. At Varsity Base, 100% customer satisfaction remains our top priority, and we are committed to working toward the best possible resolution.
That’s what we love to hear—when the jacket meets expectations and then exceeds them in public. Enjoy all the compliments!
We love hearing that—especially the part about ordering more. Faster than expected and good enough for a repeat? That’s a strong combo.
Thank you for such an incredible review. Great communication, a beautiful jacket, and custom sleeve adjustments done right—that’s exactly the winning combination we aim for. We’re honored your first Varsity Base experience was such a strong one.
Thank you for the honest review. We know there can be a little nervous excitement with a fully custom order, so hearing that your son’s jacket arrived beautifully and the patches came out exactly right means a lot. The best part is knowing he’s extremely happy with it.
Thank you for the amazing review. Clear updates, plenty of customization, strong quality, and prompt delivery—that’s exactly the Varsity Base experience we aim to create. And hearing you’d recommend us and purchase again? That’s the kind of combo we love.
Thank you for sharing this with us. A jacket that carries faith, meaning, and personal symbolism is more than just a jacket—and we’re honored Varsity Base could help bring that vision to life. We’re thrilled to hear the design experience, communication, and final craftsmanship all made the experience a memorable one. Thank you again for your kind words and trust.
That’s exactly the kind of surprise we like to deliver. We’re glad the quality and texture made such a strong first impression.
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry there was a misunderstanding with the patch design. The uploaded artwork included transparent areas, which led to an error in how the flag stripes were interpreted during production. We understand this was not the intended result. The patch can be removed, and our team will be reaching out directly to discuss the best possible solution and make this right.
Thank you! Finest materials and an excellent fit—that’s exactly the combination we aim for. We’re honored you love your jacket.
Thank you for such a thoughtful review. We know there’s always a little extra anticipation with a custom gift—especially a rush order—so hearing that the fit, colors, lettering, and overall design came out exactly as you envisioned means a lot to us. The best part is knowing your partner opened it and immediately fell in love.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review. We’re glad you love the jackets, and we really appreciate your honesty. With custom pieces, the smallest details can make a big difference—which is exactly why we always encourage customers to take their time reviewing before production. We’re so happy the final result still earned five stars and your appreciation means a lot to us.
Thank you for your review!
Communication matters. Craft matters. The final result matters most. We’re glad we delivered on all three. Welcome to Varsity Base.
