purchased Vatrer 36v (38.4v 105Ah) LifePO4 golf cart battery through walmart order #2000154-91177385. 10/18/2026. Easy install / conversion, once I figured out the lock out wiring that needed to be attached to the 36v+ post to allow cart to go. Happy so far, day two of using cart with new battery.
They have great customer service. My order was delayed as it was a "preorder" (prior to availability). So, they kept in contact with me to let me know when it would be shipping. And I had a personal delay on my side due to travel. So we both had to coordinate the shipping dates.
This was a wonderful experience getting this battery. Talk to them and got great advice. Would look to do business with them again.

I recently purchased a Vatrer 105 Ah battery to replace the 6 old lead-acid batteries which were always problematic. The new battery weighs less than half of what the former batteries did and the range between charges is about 4 times as much. I contacted Vatrer customer support a couple of weeks ago because the low-voltage alarm was beeping constantly and would not shut off even though the battery was fully charged. Their customer service representative Jovie asked me to provide details and photos of the LCD screens and determined that they would replace my battery. It was a bit of work on my part, but in the end all is well and I am very happy with the new battery and the great customer service from Jovie.
Jovie was extremely helpful in helping me decide how to maintain my new 48 volt 105 ah lithium battery for storage in the cold Canada winter months. I am hopeful that I get the same person to help me again if and when I have a question. Thank you so much Jovie.
I had an issue with my 48v golf cart battery charging and contacted Vatrer’s customer service. I was first sent an activation charger to see if I had a BMS that was too drained to charge normally. After trying that and still unable to charge i was sent a replacement battery and returned the old battery with no issues. Jovie provided great service and overall I have no issues. I have read other comments about poor customer service but from my personal experience Hovie and the team were great to work with.
Overall, I am satisfied with this product. It has add the extra amps to give my golf cart significant boost this plus the weight savings from the battery has added an extra 8 mph to my golf cart with stock motor and control. To be faire I have had several issues, however, they were promptly addressed to my satisfaction. Shortly after purchasing the battery the separate display unit would not connect properly. They sent me a new one which did work. Mostly recently my battery somehow completely drained and would not charge. With brief trouble shooting they sent me a special charger which took care of the problem. I am pleased with the service I received. The technician Jovie was great help. I could not give 5 stars as I have had some issues, but I am pleased with the customer service. I would give the the customer service 5 stars.
After I received my 2 300Ah LiPo batteries, I managed to accidentally short circuit one of them. The battery still worked, but the BMS didn't show the correct voltage compared to the measurements I did using a voltmeter. I got in touch with customer support at Vatrer to help me diagnose the state of the battery. Jovie at Vatrer helped me and concluded that the battery was damaged. Jovie started immediately the process of replacing the battery on warranty. So within a week I received a new battery on warranty. The prompt and positive response from Jovie at Vatrer confirmed the already positive impression I had gained of the company before I initially ordered the batteries. In short, service is excellent and shipping is fast. They stand by their warranty.
Honestly removing the old batteries and cleaning everything out took longer than the install. Wiring the new one was pretty simple. Been running it in my lifted 6 seat cart and power has not been an issue.

Swapped all 6 old batteries for the 48V 105Ah. Had to do a little trimming under the seat so it would sit flat, nothing crazy. Once secured it fit fine and cleaned up the whole setup a lot.

The technician, Joseph, worked with me to figure out my problem. They kept in contact thurout the whole process even follow up after. The exchange was quick. Definitely top tier customer service.
Battery itself feels well made and install was easy. Had a problem with the charger at first, emailed customer service and Jovie got it sorted pretty fast. Been fine since.
