Dear Dedek, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when travel plans change and appreciate you highlighting your concerns. The cancellation policies for each lot are set by the individual parking lot operators, so they can vary from one location to another. That said, the majority of our parking listings do allow cancellations before check-in. Whenever possible, we always do our best to assist our customers by processing cancellations and providing a full refund in accordance with the parking lot's policy. We truly value your feedback, and we're continuously working to improve our platform and provide a more consistent and transparent experience for all our customers. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. Team Way
