Sheraton staff was rude. I wasn't allowed to park in a handicapped spot eventhough I have a placard. I was forced to park in the rear lot. The driver did not wait and left me eventhough he was aware of my circumstances. I couldn't wait for the next shuttle and was forced to incur the expense of getting an Uber. I will never park at this hotel again. I'd like a refund.

Reserved and paid for parking at Ramada Inn in Atlanta. Way changed my parking to another hotel. The inconvenience of scrambling to change parking wasn’t appreciated.
I've used this website before and had an uneventful experience. This particular time was very different. The location of this parking area was nothing I expected. It was much smaller than I envisioned, the location was downtown, but hard to find and the area wasn't well lit making it possibly dangerous. I was alone and the entire lot was empty so I decided not to stay. I ended up using the venue parking lot and paying the outrageous fee.Maybe a heads-up when choosing this location would have saved me the time I wasted looking for the correct spot.

What I did NOT like was that I was signed up (and charged!) for your Way+ option without the opportunity to say No. And there was no explanation of what Way+ actually is or what it’s good for. Way responded to this review by saying I had a choice about accepting the Way+ option, but, in fact, choosing “no” makes it appear that you are rejecting not only Way+, but the parking reservation itself.
