Arrived at my parking and there was not parking service!! Gates were close no office just an empty lot.

You guys let me book parking with free shuttle with the expectations that I would have a way to the airport after parking my car at the Hyatt. Unfortunately for me and my family when we got there we were told that shuttle is only 5am to 10pm which we made our reservations for 4am and was allowed to book without a warning.

The parking facility is open 24/7, which is why reservations can be made for any check-in time. However, the shuttle service operates on a separate schedule. The shuttle hours are listed on our website before booking and are also included in the reservation confirmation email. For this location, the shuttle operates from 5:00 AM to 10:30 PM, every 40 minutes. We understand this was frustrating, and we kindly recommend reviewing the shuttle schedule before confirming a reservation to ensure it aligns with your travel plans.
