I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes to ride the shuttle to the airport because the driver had to go fuel up. Frustrating. Update: I did wait 43 minutes for the shuttle. The drive was nice, I just thought it would not take so long. Way.com did give me a small credit for a future booking because of this issue. It was nice of them to respond.

I had trouble accessing the lot that I was looking for and I kept getting sent back to repeat pages. Overall I got through it and booked my reservation, but I think it would be confusing for someone not familiar with booking online.

Additionally, approximately 24 hours before your travel date, you will receive a confirmation email with the complete reservation details. You can also view your upcoming reservation in the app by logging in with the same email address used for the booking. Please go to the Orders section at the bottom of the app to view your upcoming bookings. Easy to find and navigate
Even though I had a reservation, the attendant said there was no parking and he had me back into a bunch of tree branches, which twisted the mirror on my truck and probably scratched my truck. I’ll have to go over it when I get back, hopefully nothing else bad happens to my truck while I am away?
I never got my confirmation email and called customer service which told me to download the app when I downloaded the app the app said I will get confirmation in my email. I was never sent the email I checked spam and junk
