Very easy to park and check-in
Very easy to park and check-in. Staff was very nice. If I was to change anything it was that their shuttle ran every 15 minutes instead of every 30 returning from the airport.
Unable to apply discount in the app
I received an email from you with a code for a 10% discount. When I made the reservation using the app I could not find any place to enter the discount code and I was charged full price. This was frustrating. Two questions: can you apply the discount to my reservation? Can you fix your app to make it easier to apply a discount in the future?

It was all good except when I tried to see my order in the app. It asked me for the 1st 4 of my credit card but I used a virtual card and don't know the number and too much hassle to try and find it just to look at the info. Bad system you should change it

You need to know how important someone is like David to keep the company like yours rolling. This guy should not be answering calls he should be teaching people how to answer calls. Cancellation terms vary too much by booking
Way makes parking reservations convenient, but its refund rules depend heavily on the rate selected. Some bookings are marked non-refundable, cancellations after check-in are not eligible, and app cancellations may be issued as Way Bucks. That variability can be frustrating when plans change.

Saved money on airport parking
Reserved long-term airport parking through Way.com for a two-week vacation. The QR code scan at the gate worked flawlessly, and the shuttle bus arrived within 10 minutes both ways. It cut my usual parking expenses almost in half.
