I inquired about returning one item of the three I ordered. No answer, not response, nothing. Apparently if you order more than one thing and don’t like something, no option to return without returning the entire order. Ridiculous
This was the first time I ordered from L’ange and I am so disappointed at the whole experience! I don’t normally write reviews and am very understanding about things not always going perfectly or exactly on time. But I ordered my product and it claims it takes 3-7 business days, I emailed after 12 days of not receiving it and the order still saying “preparing your items”. All I got was an apology and no remedy, so I asked them to at least expedite the shipping. That did not happen it took 19 days to arrive and it was missing one of the products I ordered! Super bummed especially when I see them blasting ads and sales on social media. Do not advertise if you can’t even keep up with your current orders!! The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I do like the products I received.
The time they take to explain everything including the different stages was very thorough. They were extremely well versed in how the process works.
Way is always so easy to use and it’s the best pricing out there
预订非常简单
