Webroot：

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're pleased to hear Webroot has provided effective protection since your initial Best Buy purchase. It's great to know you're also benefiting from the included Allstate Identity Protection service, which provides up to $1 million in reimbursement coverage for eligible fraud-related expenses and stolen funds, along with 24/7 U.S.-based support from identity restoration specialists if you ever need assistance. Even for lower-risk online activity, these added layers of protection can provide valuable peace of mind. The Webroot Team

Thank you for your loyalty over the past 12+ years and for sharing such balanced feedback. We're glad to hear Webroot has provided reliable protection and remained easy to use over the years. We're sorry, however, that your experience with the VPN and customer support didn't meet expectations. We appreciate your comments about the VPN connection issues and update process, and feedback like yours helps guide future improvements. Thank you for continuing to trust Webroot's core protection.
