Shipping costs to non-contiguous states can vary significantly, and while we do cover a portion of the shipping cost, the final charge depends on carrier rates. Unfortunately, due to the complexities of shipping to Alaska, we are unable to offer the same free shipping policy as we do for the contiguous U.S. That said, we recognize the importance of transparency and truly appreciate your feedback—it’s something we will take into consideration as we continue to improve our processes.
