We're truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order.
Please note that all of our wigs are carefully measured multiple times before shipping to ensure the hair is at — or slightly longer than — the stated length. If you feel the length is incorrect, we kindly invite you to send us a photo of the measurement. We take such concerns very seriously and will make sure you're not at a loss.
As for the return, we do provide return instructions upon request and are always here to assist. Regarding the bonnet, we want to assure you that all items are packed brand new and hygienically — we do not send used products under any circumstances.
We truly value every customer and regret that your experience didn’t reflect our usual standards. We'd still love to help make this right — please feel free to contact us again.
