I have made an exchange of Salomon shoes for the unfittable size, all the procedure is clear and on schedule. For it's the first time i made the order on wiggle, i just worried about whether i can receive the exchanged shoes in time, actually, it's piece of cake!

Good website for purchase sports things. Very convenient to Chinese customers since can use Alipay to pay. Have promotions very often, some discounts is quite attractive. However, some goods descriptions are not clear, like pictures, size accuracy, sometimes shows wrong color picture or size, hope to improve that and more detailed information. And package is not strong enough, after international transportation, paper cartons were crushed sometimes and small goods were lost
The package is too weak，and it is easy broken！You‘d better use some firm box instead the slim paper.
