Thank you from a loyal Chinese customer

I’ve been using Wiggle for more than five years. I was not very satisfied with EMS, so I loved that you switched from EMS to FedEx. I’ve said this before, and I’m emphasizing it again. Wiggle is the best global cycling E-commerce. It is so hard to get good and various cycling related stuffs in China. Thank you!

CNY560 order but CNY120 tax

my order just CNY 560 (+ CNY90 shipping fee) however I have to pay over CNY 120 import tax for this order!! this is apparently not good for CN customers shopping experience anything wiggle can do to avoid this situation?

I am very disappointed with the…

I am very disappointed with the delivery part. There is no my phone number on the package. So the EMS can not contact me. I wait for my package for more than 3 weeks. Calling customer service hot-line, wrote letters asking for help. Not any of them works. Finally, I find my package by my self at the repository of EMS. It is a really bad experience.

I want to know the reason that there…

I want to know the reason that there was not my telephone number on my parcel..? Thanks to my patience for checking the state of my parcel, otherwise I will lose it. I can not believe that Wiggle can make such a mistake.........

During the transportation process, due to customs clearance and other reasons, it is easy to lose the barcode with the telephone, the courier cannot contact you and the goods may be returned. It is also possible that the system recognizes some Chinese information incorrectly, resulting in the phone not being displayed. It is recommended that you add a phone number to the address of your account before your next order. Thanks for your understanding.
