I am very disappointed with the delivery part. There is no my phone number on the package. So the EMS can not contact me. I wait for my package for more than 3 weeks. Calling customer service hot-line, wrote letters asking for help. Not any of them works. Finally, I find my package by my self at the repository of EMS. It is a really bad experience.
