Enjoyable product

The shipping was fast enough, even to Japan. It enabled me to test printing before an event that I organised. I experienced a trouble which the heating function didn’t work. So I emailed to the support, then they quickly responded and told me a suggestion to solve it. The problem was that the connection inside the product was somehow disconnected. But it was not so complicated to fix by myself, because the support team guided me with some pictures and clear massages!! I enjoy printing with the Luckybot, of course it is not always successful, but such a challenge is core value! The main strength of the product is an easily mountable system and it has a heating function as well.
