What people say
Fast and easy
Had a bad printer and bad instructions…
Even though I had issues with the printer and instructions, they were very good at working with me to get a refund. But they refunded me and let me keep the machine. Very understanding
Fast shipping….Great trustworthy…
Fast shipping….Great trustworthy site..would use again…
Enjoyable product
The shipping was fast enough, even to Japan. It enabled me to test printing before an event that I organised. I experienced a trouble which the heating function didn’t work. So I emailed to the support, then they quickly responded and told me a suggestion to solve it. The problem was that the connection inside the product was somehow disconnected. But it was not so complicated to fix by myself, because the support team guided me with some pictures and clear massages!! I enjoy printing with the Luckybot, of course it is not always successful, but such a challenge is core value! The main strength of the product is an easily mountable system and it has a heating function as well.
It is very difficult to print something…
It is very difficult to print something good, my nozzle always clogged
