Thanks so much for the awesome review Eric! We appreciate it very much and we appreciate your business very much!

We have no idea who this person is. Our phones are manned from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm M-F and our answering service takes over after hours and on weekends. We're set up to never miss calls or messages and we stay in constant contact with all of our customers. In the last 12 months we've had no customers with the initials GH. We believe this review is fake. Unfortunately companies like ours have to deal with fake reviews from time to time. As you can see in our 100's of 5 Star reviews we take communication and on time delivery very seriously.

Erik, Thanks so much for the review. We apologize for the delay you experienced in receiving your order. The order you placed on February 9th was delayed due to a new logistics software system implemented by our manufacturer in February which negatively affected a handful of orders across several different states. Unfortunately your order was one of the ones that were affected. After we discovered that your order was one of the few that were affected we immediately reordered the window. According to our manufacturer your re-ordered window is complete and is being shipped out this week. You should receive it in the next few days. Again we apologize for the inconvenience and will do absolutely everything in our power to help compensate you for the inconvenience. Please feel free to contact us at your convenience. We've tried contacting you for the past several weeks with no success. Thanks again and we look forward to talking with you.

Thanks for the continued business Kevin! We have every style of window available so whatever type of complicated window style you have we can more than likely to care of it! We appreciate your business very much!

Thanks so much Robert! We really enjoyed working with you too! We appreciate you trusting us with your window project!

Thanks so much for the great review Doug! We appreciate it very much! You are also 100% correct! Our normal turnaround time on Tan, White, or Driftwood color window/door orders is 3-5 weeks but since Black is a specialty color you can an additional 2-3 weeks to that turnaround time. So normal turnaround times on specialty color Black windows/doors is 6-8 weeks. We've always prided ourselves on having the fastest turn-around times in the nation on high performance windows/doors and we work hard every day to make those delivery times even faster. We want to do everything we can to get our customers their windows/doors as fast as humanly possible!

Thanks so much for the 5 Star Review William! We appreciate your business very much!
